Over the summer, Max - head brewer at The Bath Brew House - popped over to our nano brewery on Windmill Hill City Farm and despite the heat we managed to brew a most interesting beer.
"Garden Gose" is based on the German Gose style, a sour and slightly salty refreshing beer. It's been flavoured with Gooseberries and Rhubarb from the farm's gardens and packs a fruity punch. It's pouring now at The Farm Tap and Totterdown pub. We will also be pouring at the Bath Brewhouse. Keep an eye on the website for dates.
